Currently in the design phase (Spring 2025), this Holiday Inn Express & Suites represents our full-service approach to architectural project delivery. In addition to design, we are managing and coordinating the complex permit application process with multiple city departments—including fire safety, health, and environmental approvals. This project illustrates our capability not only in architectural design but in navigating regulatory pathways, ensuring a smooth path to construction readiness for our clients.
